THANK YOU, EARTH

A love letter to our planet

Last August, I was badly injured (my Achilles tendon was severed by a closing door at the store) and I am now on the long road of recovery. Ever since, it has been quite a challenge to keep my four year old busy. Between reading books, Legos, arts and crafts and playing outside (still a challenge for me!), we started watching a few minutes here and there of the Our planet series on Netflix: I was surprised by how impressed he was by the beauty of the landscapes he saw. He would even hit the pause button to look at the scenery for a longer period of time.

So I decided to search for a book with beautiful pictures of the beauties of our planet so that he can pursue his interest. I quickly found what I was looking for with “Thank you, Earth”. Composed with beautiful pictures, it illustrates animals, landscapes, patterns, colors and so much more. It helps us appreciate all that planet Earth has to offer.
